These application(s) may be examined online at https://eplanning.lochlomond-trossachs.org/OnlinePlanning/ or at our Headquarters, Carrochan, Carrochan Road, Balloch, G83 8EG, Tel: 01389 722024, between Mon-Fri 8.30am to 4.00pm. 

Written representations may be submitted preferably through our online comments facility at the above website or by email to planning@lochlomond-trossachs.org (or by post to Carrochan, Carrochan Road, Balloch, G83 8EG), within 35 days of 3 October 2025. 

Please note: Our Public Access site will be unavailable due to a necessary major upgrade from 4pm on Tuesday 7 October 2025 until 5pm on Sunday 19 October 2025. You will not be able to view or comment on applications during this period. 

Due to this downtime, the deadline to comment on planning applications has been extended from 21 days to 35 days. 

2025/0252/DET: Lochearnhead Primary School, School Road, Lochearnhead, Stirling FK19 8PR: Conversion of former primary school (Class 10) to residential dwelling (Class 9) and erection of extensions to rear. Conversion of detached outbuilding to ancillary residential accommodation 

2025/0245/DET: Drumbeg Farm Stables, Drymen, Glasgow G63 0DW: Further application (under section 42) for planning permission for change of use and conversion of existing stables and outbuildings to a gallery, artists workshops and ancillary shop/cafe previously approved under 2022/0208/PPP to vary duration of permission in principle (condition 1)
