What is planned?

The following applications have been received:- 

WORKS TO A LISTED BUILDING -  P1141/25/LBC - Installation of black, flush-mounted solar PV panels on garage roofs, with associated works - The Lake, Cooks Lane, Redmarley. 

AFFECTING THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING - P1140/25/FUL - Installation of black, flush-mounted solar PV panels on garage roofs, with associated works - The Lake, Cooks Lane, Redmarley. 

THE DEVELOPMENT DOES NOT APPEAR TO ACCORD WITH THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN IN FORCE FOR THE AREA - MAJOR DEVELOPMENT - AFFECTING A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY -  P1159/25/FUL - Erection of 62 dwellings (not less than 50% Affordable Housing) and associated vehicular access, public open space, landscaping and all associated infrastructure - Land At, Highfield Road, Lydney. 

AFFECTING A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY - P1137/25/FUL - Installation of 4nr Portakabin Buildings to provide a temporary veterinary service while the existing Veterinary Practice building is having its roof repaired and refurbished. The Portakabin buildings are to be sited in the car park and are to be hired for 6 months. (Retrospective) -  Cleeve Mill Business Park, Unit 3-4, Cleeve Mill Lane, Newent.

Applications submitted can be inspected electronically at the Council Offices, High Street, Coleford, Glos, GL16 8HG, during office hours or through the Council’s website at www.fdean.gov.uk using the P reference number quoted above. 

Any representation about any applications should be made in writing to me at the above address no later than the 29th October 2025.  Comments made will be available for public inspection on the website.
