Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been submitted to the Council. The Codes are as follows:

DEP Departure from Development Plan MAJ Major Development PRW Footpath - Public Right of Way

M/25/01058/FUL Hallow CP PRW DEP Construction of self build detached house and garage and demolish existing garage and replace with new garage and shed.

Windsor Cottage Main Road Hallow

M/25/01435/CU Lower Broadheath CP MAJ Change of use from agricultural field to dog park including hardstanding park area and dog-proof fencing.

Ashfields Farm Peachley Lane Lower Broadheath

Town and Country Planning (Consultation) England Direction 2009.

Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 2015 - Article 15.

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
