Notice under Regulation 25: Further information in relation to the planning application and environmental statement has been provided by the applicant, as detailed below Proposed development on: Land At Norlands Lane Landfill, Norlands Lane, Thorpe, Surrey TW20 8SS

Land Logical Norlands Lane Limited has applied to Surrey County Council for planning permission for The importation and deposit of soils on 27.12 hectares of land to allow for surcharging and reprofiling of the former landfill site to an amended presettlement restoration profile with the upgrade of the existing gas management system and surface water drainage scheme improvements, and the siting of a temporary compound area including a car park, wheel wash, office and weighbridge, with restoration to grassland including enhancements to biodiversity.
Further environmental information in response to a request under Regulation 25 of the Regulations in relation to the Environmental Statement (ES) has been submitted by the applicant. The further environmental information comprises a letter from PDE Consulting dated 26 August 2025, Environmental Statement Addendum (and appendices) and Non-Technical Summary both dated 26 August 2025.

The information in relation to the planning application comprises a Planning Application Supporting Statement Addendum dated 26 August 2025, drawings (one revised and two new) and Email from Agent dated 11 September 2025 re Rights Of Way. Copies of the further environmental information in respect of the environmental statement may be obtained from Land Logical Norlands Lane Limited, Green Lane, Thorpe, Egham, TW20 8SH, Telephone (George Massingham): 01284 764085, at a cost of £300+VAT plus postage for a paper copy, so long as stocks last, or electronic copies free of charge, and can be inspected during normal office opening hours.
