Notice under Regulation 25: Further information in relation to the planning application and environmental statement has been provided by the applicant, as detailed below
Proposed development at: King George Vi Reservoir, Stanwell Moor Road And Land At Hithermoor Quarry, Leylands Lane, Stanwell Moor, Surrey
Brett Aggregates Ltd has applied to Surrey County Council for planning permission for Extraction of sand and gravel from King George VI reservoir and transportation by conveyor to Hithermoor Quarry for processing; retention and use of existing processing plant; continuation of wet and dry recycling of construction demolition and excavation waste including windfall aggregate, retention and use of the Hydraulically Bound Material plant and creation of temporary bunds together with retention and use of offices, welfare facilities, HGV parking with retention and use of the existing haul road and access from Leylands Lane; with restoration of Lower Mill Farm voids to nature conservation; and of Hithermoor Quarry to nature conservation, public access and agricultural use.
Further information in relation to the planning application and environmental information in response to a request under Regulation 25 of the Regulations (“further environmental information”), and not in response to a request under Regulation 25 of the Regulations (“other environmental information”), in relation to the Environmental Statement (ES) has been submitted by the Applicant.
The “further environmental information” comprises Email from Agent dated 8 August 2025 with attached Bioscan Information for Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA) dated August 2025 and Bioscan Staines Moor Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) Briefing Note dated 4 August 2025.
The information in relation to the planning application and “other environmental information” in relation to the ES comprises Email from Agent dated 7 April 2025, Email from Agent dated 8 August 2025 and attached Summary Table of Planning Objections & Agent Responses.
