25/P/01277 Regent House, Ward Street, Guildford, Application under section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for the variation of condition 2 (drawing numbers) of planning permission 23/P/01840, approved 11/07/2025 for a change of use of building from Class F1 (education) to Class C3 (residential) to form 8 flats, together with external and internal alterations to facilitate the conversion. To supersede the approved plans for those submitted with this application.
