Authority for: Variation of condition 6 (occupancy) attached to
21/02435/FUL (Change of use of existing residential care home (Use
Class C2) to non-residential institution as a children's day nursery.) to
extend the limit of child capacity from 50 to 75. Removal of conditions 1 (3
years) and 4 (pedestrian barriers).

Mr James Russell Foster is applying to the Local Planning Authority for:
Alterations to existing external car park / landscape area to form refuse
storage area associated with commercial and residential uses within
adjacent Temple Chambers.
25/00964/FUL - 40 Pallion Trading Estate Sunderland SR4 6SX. Learning
Curve Group is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Proposed
change of use from industrial unit (Use Class B8) to training and education
centre (Use Class F1) (amended description 24.09.2025). The proposed
development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.
25/01736/FUL - 24 Silksworth Hall Drive Silksworth Sunderland SR3 2PG.
Mr Steve Cullen is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Erection of
a single storey extension to rear.
As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a
refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of
representations in writing, any representations made about this application
will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further
opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
