NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed Development at: Land at Laffak Road and Carr Mill Road, St Helens WA11 9LG (P/2025/0194/FUL). Take notice that application is being made by: Aldi Stores Limited For planning permission to: Hybrid planning application for mixed-use development comprising:
(1) Full planning application for the realignment of Laffak Road and the erection of a retail store (Use Class E(a)) with vehicular access roads, car parking, servicing area, hard and soft landscaping, and associated infrastructure; and
(2) Outline planning application (with all matters reserved except for access) for a care home (Use Class C2), a drive-through restaurant (Use Class E(b) / Sui-Generis), a drive-through coffee shop (Class E(a) / Class E(b)), and a divisible commercial unit (Use Class E(a, b, c, and d)).
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: St Helens Borough Council, Town Hall, Victoria Square, St Helens WA10 1HP.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Statement of owners’ rights:
The grant of planning permission does not affect owners’ rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.
Statement of agricultural tenants’ rights:
The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants’ security of tenure. ‘Owner’ means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. ‘Tenant’ means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
