The following applications have been submitted to the Council and are being advertised for the reason(s) given in each case.

25/00876/PA (Non Material Amendment to planning permission TM/23/00859/FL to change of approved landscape proposals to allow for boundary treatments to secure care home gardens) to allow for the removal of three pine trees. Reason: MD

25/01575/PA - 8 REDHOUSE GARDENS WATERINGBURY MAIDSTONE ME18 5PN – Mr & Mrs Hammond are applying for Single storey rear extension, partial conversion of garage to habitable room, Internal alterations & raised patio areas. Reason: CA, HH
