Application in a Conservation Area and affects the Setting of a Listed Building

25/P/1940/R3 - Section 73 application to vary condition 2 (plans) attached to application 24/P/2162/R3 (Removal of an existing toilet in the southern entrance adjacent to car park and construction of new toilet block improvements including planting, SuDs, re-surfacing and signage. Construction of a new toilet block including one accessible toilet and shared toilets with associated access adjacent to the café) to allow for minor changes to the entrance paving and temporary access arrangements at Grove Park, Grove Lane, Weston-super-Mare.

Listed Building Application

25/P/1382/FUH & 25/P/1383/LBC - Demolition of an early lean-to structure and erection of a replacement single storey extension on the southern rear of a property and new storey rendering to the main house (to match the rear of the property) and new replacement rendering to be applied including the replacement extension to match the existing. Installation of new like for like double glazed timber units to the rear at 3 Brook Cottages, Cowslip Green, Wrington.
