I give notice that Wealden District Council c/o Simpson Hilder Associates is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for approval of reserved matters (appearance, landscaping, layout, and scale for a new medical centre with associated parking and landscaping) pursuant to outline permission WD/2021/0594/MEA (for demolition of existing vacant dwelling and erection of up to 180 no. dwellings and medical centre together with all parking, servicing and on-site open space).The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

I give notice that GRF Planning is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for the proposed demolition of existing property and construction of 14 new houses, including new estate roads, parking and associated landscaping.
