The following applications have been submitted to the Council:

Reason(s): Affects public right of way, Does not accord with development plan,

2025/2909 REDENHALL WITH HARLESTON, 22 Redenhall Road – Conversion of first floor of commercial building to residential apartment including installation of new door at ground floor level

Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage, Affects a Conservation Area,

2024/3480 BAWBURGH, Land East Of, Stocks Hill – Development of 35 dwellings and associated infrastructure, access, parking and landscaping

Reason(s): Major development, Does not accord with development plan, Affects a Conservation Area,

2025/3007 COSTESSEY, Barn At Windmill Farm, Windmill Lane – Notification for a prior approval for change of use of agricultural building to 1no. dwelling

Reason(s): Does not accord with development plan,

2025/1543 DISS, The (former) Feather Mills Factory Site, Park Road – Erection of 3 storey, 66 bed care home for older people with associated landscaping, car parking and access.

Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area,

2025/2877 DISS, Stonemasons, Vinces Road – Proposed building extension for manufacturing and warehousing (B2/B8 use)

Reason(s): Major development,

2025/2879 ALBURGH, Pied Bridge Farm, Burntoak Lane – Change of use of agricultural building to residential dwelling following Class Q approval, change of use of agricultural land to residential curtilage

Reason(s): Does not accord with development plan,

Applications can be viewed at The Horizon Centre Broadland Business Park Peachman Way Norwich NR7 0WF or online at www.southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk 

. All comments must be received within 21 days of this Notice (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be sent to planning@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk. Comments made will be open to public inspection and available to view on the Council’s website. They will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate in the case of an Appeal.
