KCC/TM/0121/2025 – Proposed development at Plot 5c, Bellingham Way, Larkfield, Aylesford, Kent ME20 7PW.
VIP Investments Ltd is applying to Kent County Council Planning Applications Group for planning permission for a retrospective application for a materials recycling facility, with storage for the sorting, crushing, screening and recycling of construction waste materials.

We accept comments within 21 days from the date of this notice (30 October 2025). Please quote the application reference number (KCC/TM/0121/2025) and note that comments may be drawn to the attention of Council Members, the applicant and other interested persons and may include publishing on the Borough Council website.
