Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made to Chesterfield Borough Council.

CHE/25/00644/FUL - Alterations to 9a & 9b Church Street & conversion of the former pharmacy to dental surgery, including external windows & renovation of shop frontage at 9 Church Street, Staveley, S43 3TL. Reason: Conservation Area, Setting of a listed building.

CHE/25/00591/LBC - Remedial works to resolve damp issues & replacement of single glazed windows at Barrow Hill Primary School, Station Road, Barrow Hill, S43 2PG. Reason: Listed Building Consent

CHE/25/00665/FUL - Extension of dormer roofs to provide increase in second floor area at The Brimington Surgery, Church Street, S43 1JG. Reason: Conservation Area, Setting of a listed building.

CHE/25/00661/FUL & CHE/25/00662/ADV Installation of a replacement BT street hub unit & two associated digital 75 inch LCD display screen advertisement panels on either side of the unit at Footpath Outside, 2 - 4 Corporation Street, S41 7TP. Reason: Setting of a listed building, Conservation Areas.

CHE/25/00703/FUL - Change of use of commercial property to a dwelling with associated alterations at 115 Saltergate, S40 1NF. Reason: Conservation Area, Setting of a listed building.

CHE/25/00675/LBC - Repair render to rear of building at 81 Saltergate, S40 1JS. Reason: Listed Building Consent, Conservation Areas.
