Notice of Application for Hazardous Substances Consent The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990 The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2015

Acorn Bioenergy Limited, give notice that it is applying to Hampshire County Council for hazardous substances consent to store, use and produce hazardous substances at the proposed Anaerobic Digestion Facility at land immediately east of the A272 close to the Three Maids roundabout, Winchester, SO21 2QG. Hampshire County Council will decide whether to grant consent and decide on what conditions it requires to grant consent. Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application, which can be obtained from Acorn Bioenergy Limited via the email address info@acornbioenergy.com using the reference 25/01148/NMA HSC in the subject field. Anyone wishing to make representations about this application should write to Hampshire County Council. The period for representation and comment will commence on 2nd October 2025 and end on 23rd October 2025 (21 days later).
