Proposal: T1: Sweet Chestnut - crown lift to approx 3.5m and lightly prune away from patio, making cuts approx 45mm, removing end lengths approx 2.5m. T2: Holly - reduce down to hedge height.

Proposal: Redevelopment of the site to provide 4no. maisonette dwellings, with associated parking and landscaping (revised scheme to planning application ref. 24/1832/FUL)
