What is planned?
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
25/1651/FH - 32 RADNOR CLIFF, FOLKESTONE, CT20 2JJ - Demolition of existing house, garden structures, and boundary treatments. Erection of two dwelling houses and one holiday house, together with associated landscaping, slope stability and driveway works. Erection of new boundary wall.
25/1653/FH - 7 RENDEZVOUS STREET, FOLKESTONE, CT20 1EY - Roof extension to 4th floor and alterations to the fenestration in the front elevation.
25/1670/FH - Flat 1, 37 Augusta Gardens, Folkestone, CT20 2RT - Replacement of 5 windows to the front elevation.
25/1720/FH - LAND OPPOSITE DYMCHURCH CARAVAN PARK, ST MARYS ROAD, DYMCHURCH - Proposed change of use from agriculture to the keeping and grazing of horses.
25/1786/FH - TOWN HALL, 2 GUILDHALL STREET, FOLKESTONE, CT20 1DY - Installation of new lightning protection system including air terminal conductor rod.
25/1787/FH - CHANNEL TUNNEL TERMINAL, ASHFORD ROAD, NEWINGTON, FOLKESTONE, CT18 8XX - Request for Approval under the terms of The Channel Tunnel Act 1987 relating to this project regarding check in canopy replacement project.
25/1822/FH - TOWN HALL, 2 GUILDHALL STREET, FOLKESTONE, CT20 1DY - Listed building consent for installation of new lightning protection system including air terminal conductor rod.
Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY. Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
