Newton (ALB)(LBC) - DC/25/04148 & DC/25/04149 Hollyhocks, Church Road, Newton CO10 0QP - Demolition of existing rear extension & replacing with a new single storey rear extension, replacement roof to bay window, internal house alterations, extension and new roof to existing garage and a new detached outbuilding.

Stratford St Mary (ALB)(CDP) - DC/25/03801 Lowe Hill House, Higham Road, Stratford St Mary, CO7 6JX - Construction of two summerhouses within the large garden of Lowe Hill House.

Wherstead (MAJ)(ALB)(PROW) - DC/25/04124 Land North Of The Access To Suffolk Food Hall, Peppers Lane, Wherstead - Application under S73 for Removal or Variation of a Condition following grant of Planning Permission DC/22/06368 dated 21/11/2023 Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended).- To vary Condition 2 (Noise Restriction), Condition 3 (Restriction on Opening Times), Condition 7 (Container Colour Finish), Condition 8 (Site Layout of Fitness Course and Containers).
