Public right of way – PL/25/2911/FA 15 California Aylesbury – Demolition of existing dwelling and construction of 4 x 2-bed units and 6 x 1-bed units within two distinct blocks. (Part retrospective)

LB PL/25/2822/HB Park Cottage Lower Hartwell Stone – Listed building consent for internal and external repairs and preservation works to cottage and outbuildings.

Affects setting of LB – PL/25/2875/FA 3 Twitchell Lane Aston Clinton – Demolition of existing pitched roof and construction of a new roof structure to facilitate a loft conversion, including a front dormer window and rear rooflights. Erection of a single-storey rear extension with associated works to create a new loft-level bedroom above, integrated into the proposed roof over the existing dwelling.

Listed Building within a CA – 25/01999/ALB – KING AND QUEEN PH 17 SOUTH STREET WENDOVER – Re-decoration to the exterior of the building.

CA – PL/25/2777/VRC The Dairy Vicarage Road Winslow – Variation of condition 2 (plans) relating to application 20/04363/APP (Demolition of existing building and erection of 2 x 1-bed flats)

CA & affects setting of LB – PL/25/3104/FA 20 Old End Padbury – Erection of one and a half storey side extension, rear dormer window, alterations to roof and fenestration of existing rear extension
