Statutory Proposal for Enlargement of
Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee School

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Extract of Part 1 of Schedule 3 and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to The School Organisation (Prescribed Alterations to Maintained Schools) (England) Regulations 2007 (as amended by the Education Act 2013): that West Sussex County Council, County Hall, West Street, Chichester PO19 1RG, proposes the expansion of Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee School effect from 1 September 2026:

The establishment of a satellite site for Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee School to facilitate an expansion by 60 places increasing the planned places from 120 to 180 from September 2026

Explanatory Notes

West Sussex County Council will determine the statutory notice within two months of the end of the representation period.  If the Council fails to determine the notice within this time, it will pass all relevant material to the Schools Adjudicator who will determine the notice
