Town And Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 - Notice Published Under Regulation 7 (2)

RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT WITH ANCILLARY INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS AT LAND ADJACENT TO SILVERBURN / EAST OF THE M77 ON BOYDSTONE ROAD, GLASGOW

PRE-APPLICATION CONSULTATION BY THE PROSPECTIVE APPLICANT

Persimmon Homes (West Scotland) hereby give notice that it is proposed to submit a planning application in respect of the development described above on land at Boydstone Road, Glasgow.

A first public consultation event is to take place on the 6?? of October 2025 at Pollok Community Centre, 134 Langton Road, Glasgow, with a second public consultation event to take place on the 3?? of November 2025 at the same location, between the hours of 4pm and 8pm. The events will provide further information on the proposed development and allow interested parties to provide feedback on the proposals.

Comments on the proposals should be submitted by any of the above mentioned means by the 15?? of November 2025.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council at this time. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
