TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (East) (No.20) Order 2025” authorising the stopping up of a western part width of Hempstead Road at Kings Langley, in the Borough of Dacorum. This is to enable development as permitted by Dacorum Borough Council, under reference 21/04707/FHA.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/E/S247/5647). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Abbots Langley Library, High Street, Abbots Langley, Hertfordshire, WD5 0AP.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 26 September 2025.
