The Town and Country Planning Act requires the following to be advertised:
P25/S2700/FUL New detached dwelling on existing residential plot. The Grade II thatched cottage will be annexed and restored in conjunction with the new build dwelling. Relocation of the site access to give the thatched cottage visual dominance. New landscaping. Retention of existing hedgerow and trees on site boundary.
