Demolition and replacement of existing stable building, associated hard surface and access track.

The Hobbit, 6 South Side, Chalfont St Peter
Single storey rear extension, pitched-roof rear dormer addition, installation of new windows to match existing style, and alterations to rear elevation windows.
PL/25/2970/HB – LB
Dovecote, Recreation Ground, Mill Lane, Monks Risborough
Listed building consent for re-roofing existing building with new timber members, battens and lead, re-fitting existing roof tiles with broken tiles being replaced with new ones.

There will be no further opportunity to comment on householder applications that go to appeal.
