1 Land is held as open space at Defiance Field, Antony Road, Torpoint by Cornwall Council.
2 Notice is hereby given for the first time pursuant to Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the Council intends to dispose of Defiance Field, Torpoint.
3 A copy of a plan showing the land is available on request from the address below.
4 Any objection or representation in respect of the disposal of the land must be made to Estates Delivery, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY by 22/10/2025.
