Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:

A0050.25, Office Town Hall, Main Road, Romford, Display of community and non-commercial flags.

The application affects the setting of a Listed Building.

P0847.25, 216 - 218 Main Road, Romford, Retention of front and side seating

decking and smoking area with mobile light canopy.

The development is in a Conservation Area.

P0971.25, Chilton North Road, Romford, Retrospective application for the replacement of shed and stable with single storey outbuilding.

The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan.

P1075.25, 94 Shepherds Hill, Romford, Variation of Condition No. 3 (Hours of operation) of planning permission Ref: P0315.24 dated 10/05/2024 to allow extended winter hours to 08:00 and 19:00 Monday to Friday, 08:00 and 17:00 on Saturdays and Sundays and not at any time on Bank or Public Holidays (Condition 3 of P0315.24 - The use of the site for the dog walking business hereby permitted shall only be carried out between the following hours: 08:00-19:00 Monday to Friday during British Summer Time; 08:00-17:00 Saturday and Sunday during British Summer Time and 08:00-16:00 Monday to Sunday at all other times other than British Summer Time and Bank or Public Holidays. Not at any time on Bank or Public Holidays).

The development includes improvements to the internal roadway by covering the existing hardstanding with plannings to create a durable surface.

The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan.

P1189.25, 5 Far Way, Hornchurch, Continuation of use as large HMO for up to 7 people (Class sui Generis) and retention of conversion works.

The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan.

P1220.25, 2&3 Hacton House, Hacton Lane, Upminster, This Planning Application is to refurbish the main central block of Hacton House (nos.2 & 3 Hacton House), replacement mansard roof, minimal increase in ridge height and reinstate chimneys, repair/renew fenestration, separate vehicle access, parking facilities and cycle & bin stores.

The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan.

P1227.25, Bush Farm, Bramble Lane, Upminster, 1x single storey detached dwelling and associated amenities following demolition of existing outbuilding.
