Land being approximately 0.45 acres at the Queens Park Annex site, Chesterfield, S40 2NE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Chesterfield Borough Council intends to dispose of land having an area of 0.45acres or thereabouts known as the former tennis court area at Queen’s Park annex, Chesterfield S40 2NE.

It is intended that the land will be leased for a period of 15 years to a padel operator, who intends to redevelop the presently disused tennis courts into padel courts, subject to obtaining planning permission.

Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to :-
