On 24 September 2025, the owner gave Sevenoaks District Council notice that they intend to dispose of The Green Man, Hodsoll Street, TN15 7LE, which is listed as an Asset of Community Value.
Community groups with a local connection are invited to submit an intention to bid for this by 5 November 2025.
