NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 Notice is hereby given that applications have been made to the Council for:-

PROPOSAL AFFECTING A CONSERVATION AREA

F/YR25/0679/F*  Alterations to outbuilding of existing dwelling, including partial demolition of store and reduction of height to garage at 1 London Road, Chatteris.

PROPOSAL AFFECTING A CONSERVATION AREA  BUILDING OF SPECIAL ARCHITECTURAL/HISTORIC INTEREST 

F/YR25/0682/LB Works to a Listed Building - Installation of 4no replacement windows  at 5 Chatteris House, 17 High Street, Chatteris

MAJOR DEVELOPMENT 

F/YR25/0692/VOC  Variation of Condition 20 (list of approved plans) of planning permission F/YR21/0855/F (Erect 18 x dwellings with associated garages, parking and landscaping, and the formation of an access, involving the demolition of existing outbuilding) Plot 1 only - substitute 1 x 2-storey dwelling with 1 x single-storey dwelling at 7 Wisbech Road, March. 

DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY 

F/YR25/0683/F  Change of use of unit 2 from B2/B8 (storage and distribution) to mixed use (storage and distribution, and offices), including extension of mezzanine floor at Nightlayer Leek Company Limited, Dean Drove, Chatteris.

*Should the council refuse this application then the applicant will have the right to appeal. If the appeal is dealt with through the Planning Inspectorate’s Expedited Householder Appeals Service, comments made on this application will automatically be forwarded to the Inspectorate for consideration.
