Planning Acts: Notice of Applications.
The Authority has received the following applications: Listed Building Consent.

NP5/50/LB59F-Replace existing dormer windows, internal alterations, removal of existing rear structure, and replace with new single and two storey extensions,
14 Glandyfi Terrace, Aberdyfi.

NP5/55/LB123B-Replace rear porch and for the replacement of two timber box sash windows and one uPVC bay window. Bronhwylfa, Bryncrug, LL36 9RA

NP5/56/LB110B-Works to the roof, to include replacement roof timbers, repairs to the ceiling, alterations to the cupola, and installation of loft insulation, Village Hall,
Pantperthog, SY20 9AS

NP5/57/LB406A-Convert the outbuilding into an annexe accommodation in connection with the Bed and Breakfast use, internal and external alterations and the installation of an air-source heat pump, Bryn Mair, Dolgellau. LL40 1SR
