I give notice that Graven Hill Purchaser Ltd have applied to Cherwell District Council on 5 September 2025 for subsequent consent for “Discharge of Condition 6 – (Phasing Plan) of 22/01829/OUT”, which is a subsequent application in respect of 22/01829/OUT and that application is accompanied by an environmental statement.
Members of the public may inspect copies of:

• the environmental statement
• and other documents submitted with the application
• at Cherwell District Council, 39 Castle Quay, Banbury, OX16 5FD from the 25 September 2025 for 30 days beginning with the date of this notice. Details of the application are available to view through the Council’s website via the Online Planning Service at https://planningregister.cherwell.gov.uk.

I give notice that Cala Homes (Chiltern) Limited have applied to Cherwell District Council on 5 September 2025 for planning permission for “PARTIAL DISCHARGE of Condition 32 (Archaeological Written Scheme of Investigation) of 14/02121/OUT (For first 500 dwellings – Phases 2A - 2C inclusive)”, and that application was accompanied by an environmental statement.
The proposal constitutes “major” development.
