The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the council:

CA/25/01703: Tyler Hill Playing Field, Summer Lane, Tyler Hill, Kent  TPO No 3/1975, T5 Oak, Remove lateral overhanging branches by 30% along the western border of the playing fields.  Applicant: Smisson   Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/01715: 4 Carriage Mews, Canterbury, Kent, CT2 8AL  Replacement door from timber to composite to  front elevation.  Applicant: Arzu Ozel  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/01711: The Annexe, Crofts Wood, Broadway, Petham, Kent, CT4 5RX  Removal of condition 4 (Use of annex) of planning permission reference CA//15/01906 for the Extension and alteration to existing residential annex to main house to provide holiday accommodation for rent to allow the change of use from holiday let to residential dwelling.   Applicant: Mr and Mrs Brown  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/01718: The Old Vicarage, Church Lane, Sturry, Kent, CT2 0BB  TPO - 2/1969 T1) Birch crown lift/cut back shrubs from roadside by 5.5 meters, T12 group of Ash weight reduction on lower overly extended limbs.   Applicant: Mr Thomas Kay-Bradley  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/01645: Barton Court Grammar School, Longport, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 1PH  Two-storey detached dwelling.  Applicant: Mr K Cardus  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/01733: 58 Canterbury Road, Herne Bay, Kent, CT6 5DF  Two-storey side extension, single-storey rear extension together with new formation of access and extension of existing vehicular access.  Applicant: Mr N Williams   Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/01736: 2 Norman Road, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 3LX  Two-storey rear extension together with single-storey rear extension following the demolition of the existing store.  Applicant: Mr Travis Wilson  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/01450: The Mill Centre, Mill Lane, Bridge, Kent, CT4 5LH  Change of use from community scout hut to sports recreation facility.  Applicant: Mr D Thackeray  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/01752: Mancroft, The Drove, Chestfield, Kent, CT5 3NY  Single-storey detached outbuilding.   Applicant: Mr Nick Rivers  Reason: Conservation area.
