25/00623/FUL: Mrs Charis Sulman

Proposal: Replacement of existing single glazed wood casement windows with double glazed UPVC casement windows.

Location: 79 West Street, Rochford, Essex

The above application is a householder application. In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.

25/00644/OUT: Croudace Homes Ltd

Proposal:

Outline application (except for access and phase 1 landscaping buffer for which detailed approvals are sought) for the residential development of up to 325 private and affordable dwellings and a Class E and/or Class F2 unit; together with open spaces including natural green space for the mitigation of protected sites; a minimum of 10% biodiversity net gain; a new vehicular and pedestrian access off Hall Road; and associated landscaping and infrastructure.

Note: Regarding the Phase 1 Landscaping Buffer, this is applied for in detail. All other landscaping matters are reserved for future consideration.

Proposal: Outline planning application (with all matters reserved except vehicular access to the site) for a residential development comprising up to 300 dwellings (Use Class C3), with associated landscaping, infrastructure, and access off Brays Lane.

Location: Land East Of Victory Lane, Rochford

The above applications involve major development.

The proposed developments above do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
