2025/2723 & 2025/2598 LONG STRATTON, Delgany, The Street – Replacement boundary fence, oil boiler and tank and rear elevation door and fenestration to rear elevation windows Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage, Affects a Conservation Area,

2025/2864 FORNCETT, Old Post Office Cottage, Low Road, Forncett St Mary – Replace two windows on kitchen extension with wooden windows to match front elevation that have been replaced with granted planning permission. Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage,

2025/2842 SCOLE, Warehouse At Waveney View, Waterloo Lane – Variation of condition (3) removal of specific company name of permission 2013/1954 (which gave consent to additional extension to approved scheme 2012/1620 to extend the existing warehouse) decision date 24/04/2014 Reason(s): Major development,

All comments must be received within 21 days of this Notice (excluding Bank Holidays), and can be sent to planning@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk. Comments made will be open to public inspection and available to view on the Council’s website. They will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate in the case of an Appeal. I give notice that S & T Pilch & Son is applying to SOUTH NORFOLK COUNCIL for planning permission for Erection of Poultry Building. The application, plans and other documents including the Environmental Statement can be viewed online and downloaded free of charge at https://info.southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk/online-applications/ using reference 2025/2037 or viewed at the Council Offices at South Norfolk Council, The Horizon Centre, Broadland Business Park, Peachman Way, Norwich, NR7 0WF during office hours.
