PRE-APPLICATION PUBLIC CONSULTATION EVENT
Mixed-use development comprising the erection of a hotel, restaurants/drive-thru restaurant, petrol filling station, EV charging hub, formation of park and ride with ancillary retail, HGV parking, formation of access road, landscaping and associated works
Land 675 metres north of Bertha Park Farm, Perth PH1 3E
The first of two public consultation events will take place in person on:
Wednesday 8th October between 3.30pm and 7.15pm At The Hub, 15 Adamson Avenue, Bertha Park, Perth, PH1 0AL
The Public Event will take the form of a display of plans and proposals for the above development. This will enable visitors to communicate directly with the design and advisory team and for them to answer any questions. A second event is due to take place on 26th November. An opportunity to make representations to the Council will exist when a formal planning application is made.
