THE PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF LAND AT METHLEY ROAD, CASTLEFORD

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Wakefield is considering the disposal of an area of open space at Methley Road, Castleford. The area is to comprise approximately 0.5 acres.

A copy of the plan indicating the land in question, together with further details, may be inspected on the Wakefield Council website at (https://www.wakefield.gov.uk/business/property) and also during opening hours at Wakefield One reception. Any person having any objection to the disposal should make such objections in writing by emailing the Corporate Property Officer at (PFMServices@ wakefield.gov.uk) and quoting reference: (AH/00743). Letters can be sent to Real Estate Team, Wakefield One, PO Box 700, Burton Street, Wakefield, WF1 2EB, to be received no later than 16/10/2025 and must give full reasons for the objections.
