PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990
The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
25F/2019 - 6 Greenheys Road (8) Applicant Idris Mushin Ali. To erect single storey rear extension, rear dormer extension, 1 no. rooflight to side and alter rear fenestration in connection with the use of the premises as 7 no. flats.
25A/2312 - Ashcroft Buildings, Victoria Street (1) Applicant Sam Harrison, King Media Ltd. To display an externally illuminated shroud advertisement for a temporary period of 9 months.
25F/2469 - City of Liverpool College Vauxhall Road (3) Applicant Alex Black, The City of Liverpool College Ltd. Planning application for 2 no. pre-finished cabins for education facility (Use Class F1) for a temporary period of 4 years with parking relocation and the addition of cycle parking.
25F/2432 - St Francis Xaviers Church Salisbury Street (3) Applicant Mr John Simms, Nugent Care Ltd. To change use of vacant ancillary accommodation on first and second floors to supported residential living accommodation (Use Class C3(b)) for up to 4 no. young adults.
25H/2466 - 21 Eaton Road, Cressington (19) Applicant Mr Chris Lydon. To erect new chimney stack to roof following removal of existing external ventilation pipe and associated minor internal alterations.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 16th October 2025 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
