The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 16 October 2025 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.

BRITFORD PL/2024/08051 – Land North of Lower Road & Church Lane Between Bridge House & The Old Vicarage – Earthen bund including flow control to existing ditches & channels;

DEVIZES PL/2025/07303 – 6 Wine Street, Replacement windows;

MERE PL/2025/07327 – Land at Woodlands Road, Vehicular and pedestrian access and erect up to 28 dwellings;

SALISBURY PL/2025/07251 – Units 1&2, Churchill Way West Retail Park, External display signs & unit; PL/2025/07260 & PL/2025/07309 – 28 Milford Street, Change of use of ground & first floor from Sui generis to E ‘Commercial, business and service’ with internal alterations & re-configuration. Upgrades to residential flat on second floor. New fenestrations with repair and replacement of existing windows; PL/2025/07305 – 19-23 High Street, Variation of Condition 5 of S/2012/1581/FUL Relating to Proposed Change in Opening Hours;

WHITEPARISH PL/2025/07208 – Brickworth Quarry, Extension to allow extraction, processing & export of sand followed by backfill; restoration & blending of same; retention & continued use of site compound & buildings; restoration of commercial forestry & agriculture with biodiversity enhancements.

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

I GIVE NOTICE THAT Raymond Brown Quarry Products Limited are applying to Wiltshire Council for planning permission for the Extension to Brickworth Quarry (Sandland) to allow the extraction, processing and export of sand followed by backfill using imported materials and quarry waste; importation and blending of sand; Retention and continued use of site compound and buildings, plant site and storage areas; Restoration to commercial forestry and agriculture at original ground levels together with long-term biodiversity enhancements at Brickworth Quarry, Whiteparish, Salisbury, SP5 2QE and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the environmental statement and other documents submitted with the application on the Wiltshire Council website, www.wiltshire.gov.uk
