The following applications have been submitted to the Council and are being advertised for the reason(s) given in each case.

25/01233/PA - HOME FARM FAIRLAWNE SCHOOL LANE SHIPBOURNE TONBRIDGE TN11 9RT - Fairlawne Estate Company Ltd. is applying for Change of Use of Three Agricultural Buildings To Class B2 Business Use With Associated Parking & Landscaping Works. Reason: CA, HH, MD

25/01411 - 8 - 24 DOUCES MANOR St Leonards Street West Malling ME19 6UB - Mr Bain is applying for Replacement windows & doors to 8 - 24 Douces Manor. Reason: CA, LB

25/01501 & 25/01500 - TECHNOLOGY HOUSE MOUNT PLEASANT HILDENBOROUGH TONBRIDGE TN11 9JG – Mr Hulme is applying for Change of use from Class E(g) (i) (Office) to Class C3 (Residential) & conversion to two residential fl ats incorporating a first floor rear extension, installation of balcony & external staircase & Change of use from Class E(g) (i) (Office) to Class C3 (Residential) with alterations to fenestration. Reason: CA

25/01488 - Bell 3 THE HOP FARM COUNTRY PARK Maidstone Road Paddock Wood Tonbridge TN12 6PY - The Quest School are applying for Renewal of previous permissions (14/00462/FL, 16/00874/FL & 20/00472/FL) for the continued use of the building by The Quest School as Class use F1(a) for an additional 5 years to provide education for pupils with autism. Reason: LB

HH Householder application - As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
