What is planned?

WEST LINDSEY DISTRICT COUNCIL

Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990: Notice under section 73
Town and Country Planning Act 1990, Hazardous Substances Act 1990

WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:

a) WL/2025/00912: Gainsborough: Savills (UK) Ltd : Land North of Highfields roundabout, Corringham Rd: application for reserved matters (Phase B1 & B2) to erect 295 no. dwellings considering appearance, landscaping, layout and scale of outline planning permission 136937 granted 15 September 2020 (affects right of way) (major app)

b) WL/2025/00919: Grayingham: Mr C Simpson: The Mews, School Lane: access gates incl. brick piers. (affects right of way)

c) WL/2025/00921: Kettlethorpe: Mr S Sacks: The Hall, Kettlethorpe Lane: consent to install 2 new window openings (app WL/2025/00920) also received.

d) WL/2024/00947: Nettleham: Truelove Property & Construction Ltd: Land at Ash Tree Farm, Sudbrooke Lane: remove agricultural building & erect 5 dwellings inc. change of use of agricultural land to residential and upgrade existing access (departure from the development plan)

e) WL/2025/00932: Sturton by Stow: R Watts: 31 The Glebe: install air source heat pump (affects right of way)

f) WL/2025/00935: Riseholme Park: A Reed: Bishop Burton College: change of use of stables to potting room.

Representations should be made in writing to the Chief Operating Officer at the Council within 21 days of publication of this notice. Anyone requiring an acknowledgement should state this in writing and send a stamped SAE.
