What is planned?

MOLE VALLEY DISTRICT COUNCIL 

Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.

MO/2025/02070: 4, Jellybean Creative Solutions Ltd, Bridge Street, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8BZ, Variation of condition 2 of approved planning application 

MO/2024/0243 to enlarge existing 6 No. windows at upper floors: 4. No windows in the rear and 2. No windows in the east side elevation to allow the insertion of 2 No. windows to the east elevation. 

MO/2025/02228: THE MANOR HOUSE HEADLEY COMMON ROAD HEADLEY KT18 6NA, Retention of two containers used for storage purposes for a temporary period of three years. 

MO/2025/02240: 5, Church Street, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8DE, Variation of condition 2 of approved planning application 

MO/2024/0879 for the additions and alterations to facilitate the conversion of a former bank to restaurant on the ground and first floors, including the replacement of the existing ground floor shop front, demolition and reconstruction of the existing ground and first floor rear extension to allow the removal of the first floor extension, amend the shopfront and provide details of the kitchen extract unit.
