Site Address: 5 THE DRIFT, BROMLEY, BR2 8HL (25/04280) Proposal: Conversion of existing ancillary outbuilding (the barn) into one bedroom 2 person dwelling served by existing rear access and parking, including rebuilding of lean-to addition and elevational alterations.
In the case of applications for householder or minor commercial development, where an appeal is made against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
