LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 - SECTION 123 (2A) DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE
Land At Lumb Lane, Almondbury, Huddersfield
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kirklees Council intend to dispose of an area of land at Lumb Lane, Almondbury, Huddersfield, HD4 6SZ that may fall within the definition of Open Space as defined in s336 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Any person having any objection to the disposal should make such objection in writing to Kate O’Malley (quoting reference: H25-02), Kirklees Council, Civic Centre 1, Albion Street, HD1 2NW no later than 20th October 2025, giving full reasons for such objection.
A copy of the plan showing the area in question may be inspected free of charge online at https://www.kirklees.gov.uk/beta/ premises-and-land/council-land-and-property.aspx.
