Proposed development at: Land Adjacent To 21 Strawberry Hill Lympstone Devon EX8 5JZ

I give notice that Mr R Smythe

is applying to East Devon District Council for planning permission:–

Application Number: 25/1737/VAR

Variation of conditions 2 (approved plans), 3 (tree protection), 4 (finished floor levels) and 5 (earthworks) on Planning Permission 21/2317/VAR (Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of 21/0490/FUL (Proposed new dwelling and car port) to allow the installation of a Packaged Sewage Treatment Plant) to allow an extension to the south eastern gable, infill of first floor void on south western elevation, enlargement of terrace area and alterations to landscaping

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
