Proposal:
T1 - Copper Beech. Crown reduce by up to 3m, attending to all new growth since previous reduction in 2021. Maximum diameter of cut 75mm. Crown lift to 5m above ground level as measured from the lower level where the base of the tree is located, maximum diameter of cut 50mm. Crown thin by 10%, maximum diameter of cut 25mm. G2 - Bay & Holly. Reduce height of both groups, located either side of T1’s main stem, to 8ft above ground level, trim back lateral spread hard.

Variation of conditions (2 approved plans), 3 (tree protection), 4 (finished floor levels) and 5 (earthworks) on Planning Permission 21/2371/VAR (Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of 21/0490/FUL (Proposed new dwelling and car port) to allow the installation of a Packaged Sewage Treatment Plant) to allow an extension to the south eastern gable, infill of first floor void on south western elevation, enlargement of terrace area and alterations to landscaping.

Proposal:
T1: Oak - after deadwooding, reduce the height of the remaining crown to the secondary crown (see attached picture for finishing cuts). It has been recommended that the tree has a post and rail barrier erected 4m from the stem around the radius of the tree to reduce further root compaction. Barriered area to be filled with mulched woodchip 6-10 cm deep.
