All applications are available for viewing at the Council Offices or via the Council's website: http://planning.welhat.gov.uk. Representation must be made within 21 days of this notice. Representation received will be made public. The Council gives warning pursuant to its powers under section 225 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, that it will remove or obliterate any placard displayed illegally within the administrative boundaries of Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council.
Date: 24th September 2025 - The following applications have been submitted to the Council:-
6/2025/1791/MAJ Redevelopment of land at: Ponsbourne Park to provide 26 new dwellings, extensions to and conversion of existing buildings to residential use and associated car parking and landscaping at: Ponsbourne Park Ponsbourne Park Newgate Street.
6/2025/1849/MAJ Refurbishment of the existing building, reconfiguration of car park including construction of new single level car deck, car preparation building and used car display canopy. MOT testing to be retained on site at: 1 Hatfield Avenue, Hatfield
6/2025/1945/HOUSE Erection of a single front garage roof extension at: 47 Elm Gardens, WGC.
