Town and Country Planning (Listed Building & Conservation Areas) Act 1990 Publication: 25 September 2025 - The following applications have been received by the Council:
Applicant: Mr Maher - Ref: PAP/2025/0360 Green Farm, Back Lane, Shustoke - Application for Listed Building Consent to Repair and replace old rotted timber frames, repoint with lime mortar and repair and replace rainwater goods.
Reason: Listed Building.
Applicant: Citizen Housing Association - Ref: PAP/2025/0413 Land Between 3 And 17 Meadow Gardens, Baddesley Ensor - Application to vary conditions 2 (proposed site plan) and 8 (proposed drainage plan) of planning permission PAP/2021/0239 dated 10/05/2022 for Erection of 17 affordable dwellings (2 and 3 bed) together with landscaping and parking.
Reason: Major Development.
