The following applications have been received for proposals which affect a Listed Building, Conservation Area or notice under Article 8 (Major Developments). Details may be inspected at the Town Planning Division, Civic Centre, High Street, Esher between 8.45am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Any written representations to be made to me within the 21 days of publication of this notice.
Please note that in accordance with the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any representations received will be made available for public inspection.

2025/2025FUL - 23 Birds Hill Road Oxshott Leatherhead Surrey KT22 0NJ Demolition of the existing detached dwelling house, detached garage and all other residential outbuildings, and their replacement with a detached two-storey building with accommodation in the roof space served by dormer windows, to provide for a total of 10 flats, a ramped access for basement car and cycle parking and storage, together with associated hard and soft landscaping and bin store, the formation of two new pedestrian and vehicular access points off Birds Hill Road together with new entrance gates and piers and the closure of the existing centralised access.
