a) Installation of a solar farm comprising of ground mounted solar PV panels with an installed capacity of 42MW including substation, DNO substation, control building, spare parts building, transformers, inverters, underground cabling, CCTV and lighting, fencing and construction of vehicular access from A1033 and internal tracks and associated infrastructure at Land South of Harbour Farm at Grid Reference 5185634 427555 Hedon Road Paull HU12 8AA (Ref: 25/02255/STPLFE PP-14121560)

Proposal (a) affects the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (a) affects a public right of way.
Proposal (a) is a major development.

This application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement in accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended).
