PLANNING NOTICE
The following applications have been submitted:
Planning permission accompanied by an environmental statement PL/0070/23 – Thetford House Farm, Baston – for sand and gravel extraction with restoration to agriculture, recreation and nature conservation, the creation of new public footpaths, the erection of associated plant and infrastructure and a new/altered access from the A15.
The proposed development affects a Public Right of Way (no.4) and the setting of Grade II Listed Building (Thetford House and Barn). Further information has been submitted by Cemex UK Operations Ltd in relation to the environmental statement which has already been provided for this application for planning permission on 18 September 2023. Members of the public may obtain copies from Cemex House, Binley Business Park, Harry Weston Road, Coventry, CV3 2TY so long as stocks last, at a charge of £120. Comments due within 30 days.
Retrospective Planning permission
PL/0044/25 – West Moor Farm Fishery, North Kelsey Road, Caistor – for three new social sheds, toilet block and soil bund. Comments due within 21 days.

Observations can be made online or in writing to County Offices, Newland, Lincoln, quoting the application number, no later than the number of days referenced above, from this publication.
